Direct Trade Connect does not charge any upfront fees for sharing business leads or enquiries.
3. Commission-Based Model
Our services operate on a commission-based structure.
A mutually agreed commission will be applicable only after a successful business deal is completed between the connected parties.
Commission terms may be discussed and agreed upon before sharing high-value opportunities.
4. No Investment Required from Client
Clients are not required to invest in marketing or lead generation. Direct Trade Connect invests its own resources to generate and share business opportunities.
5. Lead Verification
Our team makes reasonable efforts to verify enquiries and business partners before sharing them. However, Direct Trade Connect does not guarantee deal completion, payment security, or business performance.
Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
6. Accuracy of Information
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information, including product details, pricing, certifications, and business credentials.
Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of service.
7. Direct Communication and Transparency
Clients agree to maintain transparent communication regarding deals initiated through Direct Trade Connect.
If a deal is successfully completed through a connection introduced by Direct Trade Connect, the client agrees to inform Direct Trade Connect and honor the agreed commission.
8. Independent Business Relationship
Direct Trade Connect is an independent service provider and is not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Delivery timelines
- Payments between parties
- Contract disputes
All transactions are solely between the connected businesses.
9. Confidentiality
All shared business information will be handled with reasonable confidentiality and used only for business connection purposes.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Direct Trade Connect reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any business involved in fraud, illegal activity, or unethical practices.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using Direct Trade Connect services or accepting business enquiries, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
